Jessica graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Eager to further their knowledge and skills, she pursued a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of St. Leo. This academic journey has equipped her with a deep understanding of business operations and the intricacies of managing and supporting people.

On a personal note, Jessica is happily married and a proud parent of two wonderful children. The family is also completed by two beloved dogs: Skye, a rescue who has brought so much joy and love into their lives, and Groot, a playful French Bulldog who keeps everyone entertained with his antics.
